Grants

BEF’s dedication to promoting excellence in education for Brewster schools require that teachers are supported in developing and leading innovative education projects. These are projects that cannot be funded through regular school budgeting, so BEF’s grant program funds this work. The grants program is open to any teacher or administrator in the Brewster Central School District.

While there is a not a specific type of project BEF funds, we encourage grant applicants to think broadly and creatively about the projects they are designing in relation to educational impact. Consideration is given to projects utilizing an interdisciplinary approach or a team approach at a grade level, multi-grade level, or department level.

This Spring we are offering grants up to $1000, and applications must be received no later than April 8th. Signed grant applications can be emailed to brewstereducationfoundation@gmail.com. You may also fill out the form at the bottom of this page, or fill out our Google Doc here.
